Clear growth paths—
starting with no experience

Step 1

Start + learn

Beginner-friendly roles across various departments.
No insolvency experience required—we teach you everything. We offer reimbursement for courses related to insolvency or any other specialty such as Accounting, Finance, HR, IT, etc.

Step 2

Grow + specialize

Advance into Senior, Advisor, Team Lead, or many other internal roles to transition to. Our job shadowing program lets you develop your skills or explore other roles, at any stage of your career.

Step 3

Leadership or technical expertise

Leadership track: Team Lead or Manager roles.
Technical expert track: Senior Insolvency Specialist, Complex File Advisor, or LIT Candidate.

Step 4

Senior leadership or Licensed Insolvency Trustee

Director/ Executive roles (Operations, Insolvency, Client Experience) and Licensed Insolvency Trustee opportunities.

Career development support

Walk a mile job shadowing program

This internal program pairs a Guide and a Learner. Guides share their experience, tools, and workflows, while Learners explore roles, build skills, and develop cross-department connections.

LIT development policy

Employees pursuing the Licensed Insolvency Trustee pathway receive mentorship from active Trustees, reimbursement for CIRP Qualification Program courses, and dedicated exam support.

Professional development policy

We offer reimbursement for courses related to insolvency, or any other specialty ex. HR, Accounting, Finance, IT etc. We also support conferences, workshops, and provide 100% reimbursement for mandatory professional memberships.
