Team Lead 3 / Client Services

Location: Calgary, Alberta

Type - Permanent, Full Time

The Position:
Bromwich+Smith is seeking a Client Services, Team Leader in the Insolvency Administration Department for our office in Calgary, Alberta.

As a Team Leader with Bromwich+Smith you will own the following:

+ Oversee and lead the Client Services unit.
  • Ensure all members of the team are properly trained.
  • Ensure all interaction with Clients are done accurately and in a timely manner.
+ Oversee and monitor Counselling.
  • Ensure counselling sessions are booked in accordance with the relevant guidelines.
  • Ensure all activities of the teams are in accordance with the relevant legislation, firm’s guidelines, and policies.
Experience and Education
+ You have a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ You have at least 5 years experience working in a call center environment or in a reception dealing with large volume of calls.
+ You have a minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
+ You are proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite particularly Excel.

Nice To Have:
+ Diploma in Communication or Business Administration.
+ Experience in scheduling would be considered an asset.
+ Insolvency experience would be considered an asset.
