Insolvency Administration – Estate Administrator
Location: Calgary, Alberta
Type - Permanent, Full Time
We are seeking an Estate Administrator to join our Insolvency Administration Team. The successful candidate will be part of an effective team built around a client centric delivery model. The Estate Administrator completes various administrative duties related to assisting clients through the process of bankruptcy and proposals. The candidate will be provided training, coaching and will be rewarded for assisting the team.
+ You have 2 or more years’ experience working in Insolvency.
+ You have obtained or are working towards obtaining the Insolvency Administration Course.
+ You are detail oriented and excel with defined Best Practices.
+ You have an excellent command of the English language both oral and written.
+ You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of products along with a strong aptitude for learning new completer programs.
+ You are self-directed and able time manage multiple tasks.
+ You are able to work flexible hours in accordance with the business needs.
+ You prepare reports as required by the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (BIA).
+ You review and audit files in accordance with defined Best Practices.
+ You are a competent communicator, able to engage with clients and explain requirements.
+ You accurately document and record notes in client files.
+ You work with a team of dedicated individuals, independently and collaboratively.
