Client Service Representative - Counseling Coordinator

Bromwich+Smith is seeking a full time Counseling Coordinator who will work closely within our Client Services team. As part of the Insolvency Administration portfolio Bromwich+Smith has an obligation to ensure our clients receive timely credit counseling as part of their financial restructuring. In this position, the successful candidate will contact our clients, through telephone, email, and texting, to make suitable arrangements to ensure this vital part of the insolvency process is completed. You will set initial and follow up appointments with our clients, arrange counseling sessions, answer questions and be the client contact person for this administrative requirement. You will work with a dynamic team of client service professionals who are the initial face of the firm and you will be passionate about providing exemplary client centric delivery of service. In time this position may also transition itself to handle general enquires from our clients and refer them to the appropriate area within the firm.
+ You are a high school graduate or equivalent.
+ You have a minimum 2 years’ experience in handling enquires from the public with the focus on client centric delivery.
+ You have an excellent command of the English language both oral and written; you are an active listener.
+ You have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite along with a strong aptitude for learning new computer programs.
+ You have experience in working with various electronic calendars.
+ You work Monday through Friday with the flexibility to work varied hours in accordance with the business needs.
+ You have experience with Appointment Plus Software
+ You have experience with Insolvency would be considered an asset.
+ You have experience in a high-volume Call Centre
+ You are extremely well organized and can handle a challenging work load.
+ You have superior organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks.
+ You are skilled at diffusing emotionally challenging conversations.
+ You are self-directed.
+ You are punctual.
+ You possess a professional telephone etiquette.
