Position Summary:

Bromwich+Smith is looking for a Receptionist to join our team.  The Receptionist provides excellent client service and administrative support to internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is passionate about assisting people, enjoys multitasking, is adaptive, and has a can-do attitude.

Key Accountabilities include:

+   You deliver a compassionate client-centric experience to internal and external stakeholders through phone, emails or walk-ins;
+    You represent the company as the first in-person contact; greeting visitors in a professional & friendly manner;
+    You answer phone lines, transfer calls, take and distribute messages
+    You are responsible for handling and distributing all incoming mail and faxes;
+    You are responsible for monitoring and ordering office supplies;
+    You manage multiple calendars in multiple locations;
+    You may back up other team members in confirming client appointments;
+    You assist with maintaining the cleanliness of the office:
+    You work with a team of dedicated individuals;
+    You will assist with miscellaneous projects, as required.

Knowledge & Skills:

+    You have at least 2 years of Receptionist experience, working in a fast-paced environment;
+    You possess a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, standard office equipment such as computers, printers and scanners, along with a strong aptitude for learning new computer programs;
+    You have experience with appointment scheduling software.
+    You are able to prioritize and function well with time sensitive tasks and are able to meet critical deadlines.
+    You must be comfortable with a high volume of complex inquiries from clients often requiring tact and swift, out-of-the-box thinking.
+    You understand the importance of teamwork and collaboration with a demonstrated ability to attend to detail;
